Join Our Team as a Production Team Leader!

Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level in a dynamic and rewarding environment? We're looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated Production Team Leaders to join our clients vibrant team in Lewes!

Position Overview:
We have two permanent positions available:

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 22:00

In this hands-on role, you'll lead a passionate team, ensuring that all work orders are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your leadership will be vital in delivering outstanding service to our customers and achieving our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback and supporting team development.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages engagement.

    Production Operations:

  • Supervise Production Orders to ensure timely fulfilment, quality, and accuracy.

  • Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met.

  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee timely production of finished goods.

    Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors.

  • Provide training to upskill team members and enhance operational capabilities.

    What You Bring:

    Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

    Experience in food production or pharmaceuticals production is essential.

    Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory procedures.

    Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.

    A proactive and results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
