Main Purpose:

To support the successful launch and smooth running of Assembly operations with Client, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency to meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Assembly/Packaging operations to meet production targets with quality and safety compliance.
Achieve OEE targets and production goals.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, and customers for on-time output.
Handle documentation, compliance reports, and approvals.
Create and manage GMP documents (SOPs, CRs), and CAPA closures.
Coordinate project plans and ensure milestones are met.
Ensure machine safety, prevent incidents, and report hazards.
Improve process performance, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.
Comply with GMP, SFDA, GDP, ALCOA principles, and SOPs.
Represent the department in internal and external audits.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior.Requirements:

Education: Engineering degree
Experience: 5-7 years in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, especially in equipment maintenance
Technical Knowledge: Pharmaceutical technology and complex technical processes
Methodology: Experience in pharma operations
Skills: Leadership, teamwork, innovation, customer focus, urgency, collaboration, intercultural sensitivity
