Are you interested in becoming a project manager? Do you enjoy coordinating teams, streamlining projects, and keeping operations running smoothly? If so, this role is for you.

Clear are looking for a Building Automation Work Planner to support our client's continued growth across the region. This role offers a clear path to becoming a Project Leader, making it ideal for technically skilled professionals who are ready to step into a more strategic and coordinating role.

Our client, designs, builds, and maintains cutting-edge control engineering installations for clients primarily in the (semi-)government and pharmaceutical sectors. You'll join a collaborative team of project leaders, commissioning engineers, and assembly technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project management to plan and coordinate jobs and short-term projects
Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Develop detailed schedules, delegate subtasks, and monitor timelines and materials
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and needs
Identify and document changes in project scope (additional/reduced work)
Contribute to the preparation of calculations and quotations where needed
Serve as a vital point of contact between field teams, engineering staff, and clients

Ideal Candidate:

Capable of working with multiple stakeholders (project managers, suppliers, clients, technicians)
Experience using planning and documentation tools such as: AutoCAD,/Revit, ERP Systems or MS office
Demonstrable knowledge of control systems for building-related installations;
You're fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
