If youre an experienced Production or Manufacturing Manager coming from an aseptic / sterile manufacturing setting, this is an outstanding opportunity for career development.

Working with a market leading, global brand, you will join a growing facility that has exciting development plans set over the coming years.

This specific hire will take management and scheduling responsibilities for all site production activities. A core aspect of the role will be the leadership of the production team to create clear expectations, measurables and deliverables, as well as ensuring that there is a strong training and development ethos across the group.

Whilst this will not be hands on day to day, given the size of the unit, you will need to be comfortable being on the shop floor and supporting the team when needed.

The position will be 40 hours 7am-3pm, Mon-Fri but will require flexibility for flexibility on hours, including some Saturday availability. A 15% shift allowance is added whether additional hours are worked or not.

Key experience:

Experienced production manager or supervisor within a pharmaceutical GMP environment

Previous people management experience is essential

Working experience of a sterile / aseptic environment is strongly preferred any experience of radiopharmaceuticals is highly valuable but can be trained

Knowledge and experience of validation activities, including equipment and process validation is desirable
