This well-established technical production agency are offering the chance for a talented AV Project Manager to join the team and deliver a range of global events!

THE AGENCY

This agency successfully delivers a wide variety of events including intimate meetings through to large scale congresses predominately for the pharmaceutical sector throughout Europe and the Far East. With big budgets and high profile clients this agency prides itself on high production values, attention to detail and exceeding expectations each and every time.

With continued success and growth plans for the future, there is now an opportunity for an AV Producer to join their team where you will take the lead on technical production delivery.

THE ROLE

Being part of a fantastic working team you will work closely with internal teams and senior members with responsibilities including:

Taking the brief from a client - understand their needs and objectives
Acting as a point of client contact
Advising on technical solutions
Putting together proposals and technical specifications
Preparing quotations
Preparing CAD drawings
Managing technical production scheduling
Briefing the internal technical team
Attending site visits and creating reports accordingly
Engaging and managing external suppliers
Producing and reconciling production budgets
Overseeing each project through to delivery
Managing the installation, delivery and breakdown of production onsite

THE CANDIDATE

We are ideally looking for a client facing technical Project Manager or Production Manager who have managed the technical event production of corporate projects. The ability to produce technical CAD drawings and extensive AV knowledge are essential skills to be considered for this role.
