Are you from an FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or similar background with a knowledge of production processes and looking for the opportunity to join an expanding specialist, where you can showcase your skillset and continue your development within a close knit team of experts all whilst working a 4 day working week?

This industry leading specialist is undergoing an exciting period of growth, as they continue to dominate in the UK in their niche and are looking for skilled engineers to join the team as they continue this trajectory.

On offer is a Production Engineer position, working as part of the main engineering team on a 4 day working week, monitoring machine issues and supporting the optimisation of production efficiencies

This role would suit someone with a good knowledge of Lean, Kaizen from an FMCG, Food or Pharmaceutical background looking to take the next step in their career in an autonomous Production Engineer position.

The Role:
*Create, Install, Set and maintain production processes across the manufacturing site
*Monitor and Resolve machine issues
*Office based, 4 day working week

The Person:
*From a Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food manufacturing or similar industry
*Familiar with production processes
*Full UK Drivers License.
