Development Engineer - Medical Diagnostic Systems

Be part of developing next-gen fluidic systems powering a breakthrough diagnostic platform that rapidly identifies the right antibiotic treatment.

What you'll work on:

Architect and implement software and embedded algorithms for precision fluid handling

Design, prototype, and validate hardware-software integrated subsystems, focusing on real-time control and system reliability.

Develop automated test procedures and capture detailed performance data across unit, subsystem, and full system levels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, service, and suppliers to drive continuous product improvement.

Apply best practices in software development, leveraging MATLAB, Python, and programming, aligned with medical device standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).

Who you are:

Experienced in developing control systems with a strong software development background.

Familiarity with microfluidic technologies, specialized automation, or medical device development is a plus.

Holder of a degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or a related engineering or technical discipline (minimum 2:1).

Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills, able to manage deliverables independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
