Development Engineer

Bespak is looking for a Development Engineer for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ.

The salary range for this permanent, hybrid role is between £44k and £52k plus a discretionary annual bonus.

Working Pattern Mon to Fri

Work 7.5 hours + 30 mins lunch break, between 8am and 5pm (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm). We can be flexible and look at what works for you within the needs of the business. Hybrid working options available within the needs of the business.

As a Development Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative combination products and drug delivery devices, including precision-moulded parts. You'll actively participate in technical projects, applying robust design techniques from concept to industrialisation, ensuring products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include contributing to design briefs, conducting testing, and providing technical support, all while adhering to quality systems and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to deliver successful product development outcomes.
