Electrical Project Engineer - Copenhagen

Not every project gives you real ownership. This one will.
Join a major European contractor delivering a hyperscale data centre project in Copenhagen - and take full control of the electrical package from day one.
You'll be the driving force behind delivery: managing BIM coordination, QA, procurement, subcontractors, and ensuring full technical compliance through to client handover.
No bottlenecks. No red tape. Full responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the full electrical scope on site - technical delivery, commercial control, and programme management.
Managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client-side teams.
Overseeing BIM outputs, modular build strategies, and QA closeouts.
Handling procurement schedules, material tracking, and resource planning.
Owning weekly progress reporting - internally and externally.
Driving the final handover process - ensuring a clean, compliant finish.
What You'll Need to Bring

5+ years' experience with a leading M&E or electrical contractor.
Proven experience managing major electrical packages independently.
Strong technical expertise across BIM, QA, site coordination, and H&S standards.
Familiarity with project scheduling (Primavera or equivalent).
A proactive, solutions-driven approach - someone who takes action without waiting to be asked.
Desirable

Experience in data centres, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical environments.
Understanding of modular construction and off-site fabrication processes.
