An outstanding GP practice in Bognor Regis is looking to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to its growing clinical team. With both full-time and part-time roles available, this is an ideal opportunity for a pharmacist seeking a rewarding role in a supportive, patient-focused environment on the South Coast.

This is a highly regarded, innovative practice committed to delivering excellent primary care services to the local community. With a focus on continuity of care and integrated working, the practice offers a welcoming and well-structured environment for clinical pharmacists to thrive.

The Role:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll play a key role in improving patient outcomes through expert medicines management and personalised pharmaceutical care. Working closely with GPs, nurses, and other allied health professionals, you will support the safe and effective use of medicines, contribute to chronic disease management, and help reduce clinical workload across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured medication reviews (face-to-face and remote)

Support management of long-term conditions such as hypertension, asthma, and diabetes

Provide prescribing advice and support to the clinical team

Work on repeat prescription authorisation and medication queries

Promote medicines optimisation and safety

Contribute to QOF targets, audits, and quality improvement projects

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Experience in primary care or community pharmacy (primary care experience is desirable but not essential)

Independent prescribing qualification is desirable, or a willingness to work toward it

A team player with strong communication, clinical and problem-solving skills

A passion for improving patient care and contributing to service development
