The Role

AsIndirect Services Category Manager, you’ll be a key player in our newly formed Global Indirect Procurement Team. Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement, you’ll lead the strategy, sourcing, and supplier management for categories including:

  • Marketing
  • Professional Services
  • Fleet & Travel
  • Other Indirect Spend Areas

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver cost efficiencies, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance—all while building a best-in-class procurement function from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend
  • Lead sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations to drive cost savings
  • Build strong supplier relationships and performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement with business goals
  • Monitor market trends and risks to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Proven experience inglobal procurementwithin a complex manufacturing environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
  • Experience withERP systemsand procurement best practices
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
