As an Integrated CareManager you will be the direct contact for key businessstakeholders and be responsible for the execution of the infieldbrand strategy for dry eye and glaucoma products ensuring youdevelop customer relationships whilst maximising opportunitiesdriven through strong account plans. Key Responsibilities: Customerrelationship management and execution of the sales process.Developing and executing an account plan for the territory.Proactively initiate, develop, and implement a growth plan toimprove current position and maximise opportunity. Achievingtargets and objectives for the territory. Ophthalmic Hospital sales/ Hospital formularies / CCGs or ICBs (product switches). To havean encyclopaedic knowledge of the Local Pharmaceutical and MedicalDevice market, its demographics, and customer profiles. Responsiblefor identifying key stakeholders and establishing relationshipswith influencers and decision-makers to facilitate broader anddeeper access for The Company's products. Conducting/implementingvarious market development initiatives as per company strategy.Identification and development of new accounts for growing usage ofThe Company's products. Effectively target and deploy resources tomaximise opportunity while adhering to industry and The Companyscompliance requirements. Approach challenges with an innovativemindset and offers solutions to overcoming barriers. Supportimplementation of the Quality Management System in compliance withthe standard, ISO and the regulatory requirements of MedicalDevices produced by the organisation. Theirmission is to provide high-quality eye care products that aredesigned, manufactured, and delivered with excellence and tocontinually improve the awareness, accessibility, and affordabilityof eye care around the world. Qualifications University degree (orequivalent) - ideally Life Sciences, Business or Marketing ABPIFull UK driving licence Person experience required Experiencedpharmaceutical or medical device sales representative in Secondarycare. Proven track record of achievement and improved personal andbusiness performance. Experience of organising, running, recruitingfor peer-to-peer educational speaker meetings. Hospital Formularyapplication experience and success Experience working with localhealthcare key opinion leaders and advocates. Can build strongrelationships with peers and cross-functionally to enable highperformance. Learns fast, grasps the essence, and can change coursequickly when needed. Steps up and takes leadership to own toughchallenges. Motivates and can influence others, including thoseover whom they have no direct authority. Can deal comfortably withambiguity, uncertainty, and risk in the environment. Professional,accountable, high energy, and a collaborative team player. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office365: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.
