MEDICAL SCIENCE LIAISON - Rare Diseases (South)LIVE What you will do In this pivotal field-based role, you willengage with healthcare professionals to educate and communicateclinical and scientific data, advancing Amgen’s scientific platformin alignment with the companys goals and objectives. 1. Respond tounsolicited inquiries consistent with the MSL compliance standards2. Provide and/or present field observations and insights tointernal collaborators 3. Develop and implement local OL plans inline with the scientific engagement plan 4. Support speakertraining as requested and ensure the speakers are updated on newdata 5. Support Amgen-sponsored research 6. Liaise with potentialinvestigators in non-sponsored clinical research 7. Lead and/orparticipate on project teams that support MSL strategies andtactics 8. Advance the MSL value proposition, identify gaps,achieve results, and set an example for others to follow byconsistently demonstrating Amgens values and leadership attributes.Demonstrate tact and integrity when communicating and interactingwith others 9. Lead and support congress activities as aligned withstrategy 10. Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, you mayserve as the main point of contact 11. Maintain clinical acuity andexpertise and ensure timely completion of assigned training Yourfield insights will contribute to strategy development and addressresearch and unmet needs. Previous Field based experience as MSL or KAM or Sales Reppreferably within rare disease experience 3.
