As a member of our International Sales team, you will ensure that patients who are in need of TMI products have access to them where and when they need them. You will accelerate and protect the clinical and economic adoption of TMI products at Hospitals, community NHS and the healthcare organizations as well as pull TMI products through at physician, nurse, and pharmacist level.

Responsibilities Include:

Formulary Approval and Maintenance
Develop current knowledge of formulary approval process and key stakeholders at NHS, hospital, and CCG levels
Establish and maintain resilient relationships with key clinical and budget stakeholders
Exploit relationships with the key stakeholders by demonstrating clinical outcomes and financial data to attain and protect formulary approval for TMI products.

Sales Pull Through
Establish and maintain resilient relationships with physician, nurse, and pharmacy targets
Represent and promote TMI products in congresses and tradeshows etc.
Assist in achieving overall regional business development objectives.

Competitive Activity
Recommend and/or implement responses to competitive activity by developing awareness and expertise of any current competitive activity and share insights internally

Administration and Compliance
Complete all sales activity and key metric reporting as required
Maintain up to date and relevant contact lists
Prepare and submit business expenses monthly
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and legislation

Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science or a related field of study or equivalent work experience
3 years of experience in pursuing formulary approval on non-capital medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Demonstrated hunger for achieving and growing sales targets
Proven track record of achieving business objectives
Ability to influence others
Excellent time management skills
Computer literate with intermediate MS Office literacy
ABPI qualification is an asset
Experience selling respiratory products is an asset
