The role
The purpose of the role is to support and lead on the design and execution of clinical, economic and quality of life systematic literature reviews. You will work alongside expert technical teams to support development of health technology assessment submission dossiers or work with internal systematic review analysts and statistician to conduct de novo global literature reviews.
Role scope/responsibility:
Conduct and help supervise systematic literature review and evidence synthesis projects:
Design
Running of searches
Review of title, abstract and full papers
Quality assessment
Reporting
Undertake and assist in project management activities on SLR projects:
Project planning
Client communication
Managing/reviewing the work of other SLR analysts
Ideal profile:
Bachelor’s degree or above in the life sciences
Extensive SLR experience, including clinical and economic SLRs (between 2-4 years in a consulting desirable or several years relevant academic or public sector setting)
Hands on experience of network meta-analysis an advantage, but not essential
Exposure to HTA processes and Pharma clients/private sector clients
This is a technical hands on position, giving you a pathway to develop leadership, client management and commercial skills, or staying in the 'technical SME lane' under the guidance and support of an established leadership team. The choice is yours!
