Senior Manager, Value Analytics Center – Global Value and Evidence

A leading pharmaceutical company is building a

new Value Analytics Center

within its

Global Value & Evidence

function — a strategic capability designed to shape access strategies and drive impactful health economic and evidence-based decisions across global markets.

As

Senior Manager, Value Analytics , you will play a key role in designing and executing health economic models (HEM), systematic literature reviews (SLR), and indirect treatment comparisons (ITC). Your work will directly support HTA submissions, pricing strategy, payer engagement, and patient access globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop global SLRs, ITCs, and economic models for HTA and access submissions
Support affiliates in local adaptation of global models and tools
Collaborate cross-functionally (biostats, HEOR, medical affairs) to support pricing and reimbursement strategy
Participate in cross-functional value teams, modelling evidence teams, and evidence generation programs
Apply advanced analytics to guide value proposition development and payer engagement

Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MS/MSc/MPhil/MPH required; PhD preferred) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in pharma or consulting
Strong communication and project management skills
Expertise in economic modelling (Excel/VBA), evidence synthesis, or HTA-relevant statistics (R preferred)
Understanding of HTA, pricing, and reimbursement frameworks
