Senior HR Advisor - Bridgwater - £50k DOE Plus excellent benefits

We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across the chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables and food & beverage markets.

You'll play a key role in assisting the smooth running of HR processes and activities across site, to ensure compliance with HR Policies, Client practices and procedure and UK regulatory requirements.

Salary: £50k DOE plus excelllent benefits

Location: Bridgwater

Main Responsibilities

Manage the Recruitment and Onboarding Administration Process from the point of role approval through to hire date of new starter including Security Clearance, Induction (any pre-arrival training); informing payroll; arranging on site welfare, ensuring all documentation is completed, approved and processed to ensure
Manage the referencing process for all new starters, verifying all information to ensure it is accurate, corresponds to application information and aligned to HR Policy and UK regulatory requirements.
Manage the Vetting and Identification process for all new starters to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, corroborates with the appropriate authorities in line with client requirements, HR Policy and UK regulatory requirements.
Monitor and chase information related to HR processes to minimise delays in site resourcing and mobilisation.
Review and input all appropriate data entered onto HR and finance systems/databases to ensure accurate and real-time information is available.
Produce HR Management information to meet standard and ad-hoc reporting requirements Successful Candidate:

Degree qualification in HR or related subject
Working towards CIPD qualification
Willing to obtain CCNSG
Ability to obtain SC clearance
