We’re now looking for aSenior Brand Strategistto join our Strategy & Creative team. This is a high-impact role for astrategic thinker who can turn insight into actionand help shape the future of some of the world’s most iconic consumer brands.

The Role

As a Senior Brand Strategist, you’ll leadthe development of brand positioning, storytelling, and innovation strategies for major FMCG and consumer healthbrands. You’ll translate market insights into compelling strategic platforms that shape brand vision, guide creative development, and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Brand Strategy:Lead the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and purpose-driven narratives that differentiate and inspire.
  • Client Engagement:Act as a strategic advisor, leading presentations and workshops that align stakeholders and drive brand ambition.
  • Creative Collaboration:Partner with creative teams to translate strategy into compelling, insight-led ideas and executions.
  • Insight & Research:Uncover and apply consumer, market, and cultural insights to inform strategic direction.
  • Team Contribution:Support junior strategists and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or a related field within a branding agency, FMCG, or consumer health environment.
  • Proven success in developing and delivering brand strategies across markets or categories.
  • Experience leading client engagements from insight to execution.
  • Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Insight generation from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Creative collaboration and storytelling
  • Client leadership and stakeholder management
