The Role

As aSenior Medical Analystwithin Inizio Evoke Europe’sMedical Strategy team, you will bring a passion for translating science, medicine, and emerging technologies intocommercial strategies and impactful communicationsthat drive behaviour change in both human and animal health.

This role sits at theintersection of science and strategy, where you will integrate medical research, insights, and analysis intobrand strategy, creative development, omnichannel marketing, and real-world data applications. If you are aninnovative thinker, problem-solver, and strong communicator, this role will offer a fast-paced and fulfilling environment where collaboration, learning, and creativity thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a medical lead across assigned projects, contributing to the development of clear, scientifically accurate, and strategically aligned content.
  • Translate complex medical and scientific data into actionable insights and compelling communications tailored to a range of audiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including strategy, creative, client services, and digital—to ensure medical accuracy and scientific integrity across deliverables.
  • Lead the development of high-quality scientific materials including medical landscapes, data overviews, competitive audits, and evidence-based strategic recommendations.
  • Support and lead the medical review process, ensuring all content is scientifically sound, not misleading, and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Contribute to scientific training of internal teams and junior analysts to improve overall scientific fluency across the agency.
  • Provide support for new business development efforts, including the preparation of RFP responses, data-driven insights, and therapeutic area intelligence.
  • Monitor industry trends and clinical developments in relevant therapeutic areas, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of scientific knowledge.
  • Serve as an internal go-to expert on assigned therapy areas, supporting knowledge sharing.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced degree in health/life sciences (PhD preferred; MD, PharmD, MSc also considered).
  • Ideally 4+ years of experience in healthcare communications, medical strategy, or medical writing, ideally with 2+ years within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Proven ability to analyse, synthesise, and clearly communicate scientific information for both expert and lay audiences.
  • Confident communicator with solid presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with omnichannel healthcare marketing and a working knowledge of digital communication trends preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Passionate about improving patient outcomes through impactful medical communications and strategic insight.
  • Preferably UK-based, with the flexibility to work on US accounts when required.
