We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Lead to join our growing Global Paid Media team. Reporting to the Global Head of Paid Media, this role will play a critical part in planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness for the Elemis D2C website across global markets.

Description

We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Lead to join our growing Global Paid Media team. Reporting to the Global Head of Paid Media, this role will play a critical part in planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness for the Elemis D2C website across global markets.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of the paid social landscape, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.

What Will You Do?

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-market paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others.
  • Analyse campaign performance using platform insights and analytics tools; translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Manage and allocate significant budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve business KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Paid Media to develop quarterly and annual paid social strategies in alignment with overall media and brand goals.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams, creative, eCommerce, CRM, and data teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution.
  • Partner with the creative team to brief and test performance-driven ad creatives tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Liaise with social platform representatives to stay ahead of trends, access beta opportunities, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop clear and insightful reports for internal stakeholders to communicate campaign performance and strategic learnings.

The Perfect Candidate

  • 4+ years’ experience in paid social marketing, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or consumer eCommerce industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid social platforms, algorithms, ad formats, audience targeting, and attribution methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, and preferably Looker or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organisation or across multiple markets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
