About the Role

Join our client’s Revenue team as a Sales Development Representative, where you’ll play a key role in driving business growth within the health technology sector. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline. This position offers the opportunity to shape messaging, experiment with outreach strategies, and provide valuable feedback from the field to inform future initiatives. We are seeking a proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads using a variety of modern sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Develop and send outbound communications via email and LinkedIn to engage prospects.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and nurture early-stage marketing leads.
  • Coordinate the transition of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Support follow-up activities for campaigns and events.
  • Contribute to the creation of outbound materials, including one-pagers and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue team and other cross-functional departments.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance lead data, personalize outreach, and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot and other relevant platforms.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support team objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar prospecting role within healthtech / SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Professional proficiency or native fluency in English.
  • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Highly organized, consistent, and capable of managing multiple outreach streams simultaneously.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, artificial intelligence, and automation.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities and messaging may shift.
  • Receptive to feedback and eager to collaborate within a team that values continuous improvement.
