We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Surgical Innovations Division as a Advanced Surgical Technologies Representative. You will be responsible for a portfolio of products including our Advanced Energy, Stapling and Haemostat devices. If you have a passion for sales and want to join the leading MedTech company in the world, then this will be a good fit. 

We are looking for a determined, tenacious individual who can balance key account management alongside driving new business opportunities. You must have the ability to work in partnership with all members of the regional team and as such communication skills are extremely important. The location for this role is the Central South Coast of England.

A Day in the Life
• Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services across the region in specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identifying and segmenting opportunities to drive new business growth on strategic products and focus therapies.
• Building strong ethical business relationships and maintaining an effective network of key opinion leaders within the market.
• Being responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product support and education to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
• Continuously analysing market research and trends including customers and competitors’ activities. 
• Implementing market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Department of Research and Development, Operations and Marketing.

Must Haves
• Strong selling skill
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Full driving licence

Nice to Haves
• Degree level education (or equivalent professional skills)
• Previous measurable theatre sales experience with surgical products
