Position Summary:
As an Account Manager, your primary role will be to manage and maintain existing business relationships for identified managed accounts across the EMEA region. You will also have the opportunity to independently grow your assigned accounts into other territories / functional areas. You will work closely with the recruitment team to help them understand the account’s needs and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operational activities that are required to service identified managed accounts. Activities include, but are not limited to;
Manage job orders within client’s VMS tool and our internal database.
Distribute job orders to internal team and manage submittal process for qualified candidates.
Participate in conference calls hosted by managed accounts and provide information obtained to internal team.
Maintain external job postings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and candidate travel where applicable.
Create an interview confirmation template containing details of time, location, contact information and additional notes for interviewing candidates.
Request feedback on submitted candidates from managed accounts and relay information received to the designated team member.
Maintain an interview activity log updated daily with scheduled interviews.
Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
Independently manage the staffing process from start to end.
Manage the on-boarding process to include internal paperwork, account specific paperwork, and drug & background screens.
Manage timekeeping program for contractors, including registration for new contractors and approving managers.
Proactively manage open requisitions to ensure a prioritized focus on critical roles.
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the key contacts at identified managed accounts.
Assume lead in developing and tracking account metrics.
Manage problem solving / negotiation / major issues independently.
Lead initiatives to expand the business within assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in either recruiting or staffing or in a fast paced customer / client focused role.
Experience within an Account Management or similar function, ideally within a recruiting or staffing environment.
Ideally some knowledge / experience in the Life Sciences field.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
