On behalf of a highly successful main contractor, we are keen to speak with experienced Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyors to work on secured pipeline of exciting projects based in and around Oxfordshire.

With a recognised name in the industry for innovative builds, and a collaborative approach, we're looking for a confident communicator with previous experience of providing commercial support on projects in excess of £20m across the education, commercial, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors.

Duties include:

  • Ensure the project is delivered within budget and to the highest quality, exceeding customer expectations.

  • Work closely with the project team to ensure budgeted targets are met.

  • Establish strong working relationships with supply chain, consultants, and customers.

  • Undertake accurate valuations, certifying and issuing payment notices for supply chain partners.

  • Ensure external valuations are submitted in accordance with conditions of the main contract and that payments are received by the due date.

  • Complete Financial Control reports that accurately reflect the current position on site and the final projection

  • Identify any potential disputes in a timely manner and implement effective solutions.
