A highly regarded Top 10 Quantity Surveying Consultancy, known for delivering prestigious projects, is looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Newcastle office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become part of an award-winning, world-class team, taking on a client-facing role across a range of iconic projects in the region.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will enjoy a varied role, working on projects within the data centre, life science, pharmaceutical, industrial, distribution, and logistics sectors.

Responsibilities will include feasibility studies, estimating, cost planning, tendering, procurement, value engineering, and final account negotiations.

This role offers a fantastic career path for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to progress towards a Director-level position, with opportunities to lead overseas teams.

Project delivery experience, from inception to completion
Consultancy background is preferred
Pre & post contract experience
