Program Manager (Business Excellence Department) - NPI

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver biological projects.
• Develop realistic implementation plans with input from various departments (e.g., R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain).
• Use PMO tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Set and track project milestones, addressing risks and corrective actions as needed.
• Manage third-party vendors to meet project goals.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, reporting potential delays on critical paths.
• Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver equipment and facilities for NPI programs.

Requirements:
• Essential: Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related fields. PMI certification preferred.
• Desired: Experience in sterile manufacturing, NPI, or setting up bio processes/equipment/plants. Familiarity with One Vault/Soltracks is an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:
• 5+ years in Pharma/Bio industries (operations, quality, supply chain, validations, etc.).
• Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and planning abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities and change management processes.
• Ability to prioritize in dynamic business environments while maintaining high integrity
