Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing team? Our client is seeking Production Technicians to join their state-of-the-art production facility in Watford, Hertfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality therapeutic products. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow manufacturing processes with precision, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate large-scale production equipment to support the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure production standards are met.
Carry out cleaning and sanitisation of production equipment and work areas.
Handle materials and equipment, including some manual lifting where required.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and work flow.Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or beverage manufacturing environment is preferred for some departments.
For other departments, no prior experience in manufacturing is required - transferable skills and a strong work ethic are key. We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as military, chemical, and logistics sectors.Shift Pattern:

24/7 rotating shift pattern: 12-hour shifts (days/nights) - 4 days on, 4 rest days, 4 nights on, 4 rest days.Additional Information:
