We are recruiting for an experienced Production Technician to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Worthing. This role requires working in a regulated environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be required to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent contamination.

As part of this role, you will contribute to the production of healthcare products that improve people's lives. Working in Grade A and B cleanroom environments, you will follow strict batch records and SOPs while ensuring first-time quality and timely product delivery.

As a Production Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing GMP training

  • Batches to be manufactured on time and in compliance to GMP standards

  • Conduct detailed investigations for non-conformances, identifying root causes

  • Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility

  • Adhering to filling procedures at all times

    Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

  • Previous experience of a production environment

  • Experience working within a GMP-regulated setting

  • An interest in or prior experience with scientific processes

  • Previous experience working in full PPE

    This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm based in Worthing on an annual salary of £25,570 + the opportunity to earn a £1,000 bonus every 4 months based off performance and attendance.
