At this well-established facility, that manufactures specialist products for the automotive, aerospace and defence sectors are now heavily investing in new plant, cutting-edge machinery and exceptional talent.
One of the key recruitment priorities is to attract into the team an experienced Process Engineer who will review processes to optimise efficiency to improve productivity.
Within the role of Process Engineer, key responsibilities will be to: -

  • Provide support to production on a daily basis to enable them to meet the production plan and maintain customer on time delivery.
  • Fully understand the capability of the manufacturing equipment, working with maintenance to ensure optimum operating conditions.
  • Ensure equipment is user friendly, and always safe.
  • Identify and influence upgrades to the production area and manufacturing equipment to achieve process quality, efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Work with design and development to implement robust solutions to manufacturing problems.
    The successful candidate will: -
  • Have gained their process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Be a capable problem solver.
  • Have strong MS Office and Excel skills.
  • Will be a strong communicator.
  • Be self-motivated.
    On offer: -
  • A salary circa £50,000
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Pension - 6% employer contribution
  • Bonus
