🚀 What you’ll do


  • Build and own the B2B strategy.Design and execute our approach to employer partnerships. Map key segments, define our value proposition, and create a repeatable acquisition model.
  • Source and close partner deals.Identify aligned SMEs, brokers, and benefit providers. Lead conversations, tailor proposals, and close high-value deals with decision-makers.
  • Operationalise the channel.Work across growth, ops, and product to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for employer clients. Define playbooks and help build internal tooling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with our clinical and product leads. You’ll help us scale intelligently and sustainably.

  • A sharp operator mindset:proactive, adaptable, and focused on results
  • 5+ years experience in partnerships, sales, or GTM roles in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or B2B2C environments.
  • Proven success closing deals with HR leads, founders, or benefit managers at startups and scaleups.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
  • Familiarity with the UK employer benefits landscape (including brokers and platforms)
  • A genuine interest in health, longevity, and optimising quality of life
