💼Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, science-savvy professional to join a mission-driven organisation making a real impact in healthcare. AsPartnerships Manager, you’ll work closely with the senior team to build and maintain sponsor relationships, secure funding for education programs, and support the growth of digital and in-person initiatives.


👩‍💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med comms organisations
  • Support the development of tailored proposals for grant-supported and sponsorship opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
  • Represent the company at UK and international medical conferences and industry events
  • Work closely with internal content, events, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality partnership outcomes
  • Track pipeline activity, generate reports, and contribute to overall revenue goals


📋 Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles
  • Background in life sciences, medical communications, or healthcare media is highly desirable
  • Life sciences degree
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and relationship-driven approach
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings
