Nursery Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years trained TA to join our inclusive and thriving Early Years team. You will play a key role in providing highquality care and education to create a safe nurturing and inspiring environment for the children in your care.

Do you:

• Have previous experience working with threeyearolds.
• Have a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development and a genuine passion for supporting childrens development
• Have a kind and nurturing approach
• Aim to be a reflective practitioner who is keen to grow and develop their pedagogy
• Have a level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Have high expectations for both yourself and the children with an understanding of educating the whole child through a creative and playbased curriculum with quality interactions at the heart of everything you do
• Have high levels of empathy a knowledge of traumainformed approaches and how to support all childrens individual needs
• Have a desire to inspire motivate and make a real difference
• Hold the belief that all children can achieve their full potential
