We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Director to join our dynamic Adalvo team. This position offers an opportunity to well-suited candidates to join a growing, fast paced energetic environment and culture.



SUMMARY OF POSITION


The ideal candidate will have a deep product understanding and will be responsible for enhancing the customer and partner experience through strategic communication and technical marketing support.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Customer & Partner Experience

  • Drive initiatives to enhance the overall experience of Adalvo’s partners and customers, ensuring consistent, value-driven engagement.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking.
  • Develop a structured customer check-in program for proactive engagement.
  • Establish a tailormade and personalized partner engagement program to recognize key partnership milestones.
  • Organize customer events
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to support supplier experience optimization.


Communication & Content Creation

  • Develop, manage, and distribute recurring newsletters tailored to Adalvo’s partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market trends.
  • Create compelling presentation materials and product content for the BD and Sales teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral reflecting Adalvo’s product portfolio and capabilities.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment of messaging.
  • Support the business review meetings through timely marketing inputs and partner-facing documentation.


Product & Market Insight

  • Leverage deep technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products to craft targeted communications.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs to proactively adjust marketing strategies.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS


  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a marketing-related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the product lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in B2B communication, preferably within a global or regional pharma company.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, partner-centric environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in international markets and multicultural environments.
