Sales & Marketing Director

Bristol area, with national and international travel

£90-100K plus car/car allowance and commission

Are you an experienced Sales Director, with experience of reporting at board level, looking to work for a specialist SME manufacturer with exciting growth plans.

Growth strategies are already in place and the company are well positioned in their markets so its a great time to join them and be part of their forthcoming success.

The company manufacture products to a range of industries including pharma and semi conductor markets. You will be liaising with the likes of architectural practices, installers and end users so the sales process is complex, involves long lead times and a lot of relationship building.

You will also lead a small well established team.

The Role

Full time, permanent board level role with an SME specialist manufacturer.
Leading a small team plus hands on senior level sales
National/international travel, working with architects, installers and end users of the products, such as pharmaceutical companies.
Liaison and input into the marketing strategy
The Person

Working experience at board level in a senior sales and marketing role
Experience within the manufacturing or related sector
Experience of consultative B2B sales with long lead in times
Demonstrable history of helping grown an SME business.
