Hall & Partners is an uncommon insight agency that specialises in brand strategy, brand performance measurement, and campaign performance research.
Role We are looking for a Group Strategy Director with expertise in quantitative insight to join our team. You will manage and grow your own team and client portfolio, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive to increase the size, profitability, and efficiency of your business. You are skilled at building strategic client relationships at a senior level, and at leading and coaching your team to deliver insight that delights our clients and drives organic growth.
Core responsibilities There are five core capability areas that a Group Strategy Director at H&P delivers on:
Client Builder - Building valuable relationships with clients
You build strong relationships and act as a strategic partner to your clients, shaping their strategy to increase business performance. You are an expert in your client’s businesses, strategy, and planning process, anticipating and acting on their needs.
Business Developer – Driving business growth with commercial acumen
You are responsible for overall revenue and business development for your client portfolio, delivering on organic growth and cross-selling opportunities. You play a lead role in effective pitch processes and secure new clients or projects through the creation of superior proposals. You proactively build fame for H&P with clients, agencies, and the Omnicom network, seeking out new business opportunities.
Expert in craft - Doing the day job brilliantly
A GSD at H&P is an expert in answering client’s strategic business questions and inspiring action through superior insight design, analysis, and storytelling. You are an inspiring presenter and effectively coach your team to deliver a superior client experience and provide fresh insight that impacts decision making.
Team Player – Giving and getting the best from the team
As a team leader, you prioritise team development, aligning and developing your people to deliver against the business strategy. You create a collaborative working culture and empower your team to deliver superior quality work. You also contribute to company initiatives that have an impact on growth.
