1. Monitoring and optimising processes to maximise production.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance operations.
5. Maintaining health and safety protocols while driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will:

1. Have a strong foundation in Maths, Physics, and English or similar.
2. Have hands-on laboratory experience and technical expertise.
3. Exhibit excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
4. Be confident with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office.
