Reporting to the Sr. Director, Human Resources the HR Business Partner is responsible for accelerating the organizational growth by partnering with business leaders on talent assessment and development, workforce planning, employee engagement and change management for strengthening our inclusive and diverse culture. You will work closely with the Leaders to foster a collaborative working environment.

The role is located at one of our R&D sites in Huntingdon or Nottingham working onsite 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership and Talent Development:
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Provide HR guidance on workforce planning, advocate, and champion talent moves, support the development of future leaders, attract external candidates to address the gaps and build diverse teams.
Coach managers on effective performance management practices.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Employee Relations:
Resolve complex employee relations issues, foster efficient and positive work environment and associate relations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Change Management and Collaboration:
Lead HR projects and initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across business units and with functional teams of HR Business Partners, Centre’s of Excellence, HR Service Partners and others.

Continuous Improvement:
Drive effective execution of talent and org priorities and gap closure within the client group through the application of VES tools, daily management and a continuous improvement mindset
Introduce industry or other Veralto Operating companies’ best practices and HR programs.

To be successful in role, you will need:
Experience in business partnering and employee relations, understanding of C&B, Performance and Talent management.
Experience of working in a Global Matrixed organization and having collaborated with Centres of Excellence will be an advantage
Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations in UK
