Position Overview:

This role will serve as a business partner to designated business units, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to align people strategies with business objectives. The HRBP will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Provide advice on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, change management, and employee development.
  • Participate in business planning and workforce planning activities to ensure the availability of appropriate talent to meet current and future needs.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, post onboarding till the exit of the employee
  • Facilitate performance review processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Contribute to succession planning efforts and talent retention strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal compliance.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, mediating conflicts and fostering effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data and utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend improvements in HR strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.


Secondary Responsibilities

Maintain quality service and departmental standards by:

  • Reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards


Contribute to team effort by:

  • Working with internal staff to resolve issues
  • Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes
  • Helping others to achieve results
  • Performing other duties as assigned


Maintain technical and industry knowledge by:

  • Attending and participating in applicable self/company-sponsored training


Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 6+ Years of progressive experience in HR with a strong preference for experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within an international or fast-paced environment.
  • Must be member of the CIPD at level ACIPD or MCIPD
  • Knowledge of local Labor Law, demonstrating understanding and practical experience with local labor legislation and employment practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills with proven ability to analyze complex HR issues, identify root causes, and propose practical and effective solutions. A data-driven mindset is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with employees and management.
  • Must be Proactive & Results-Oriented, with a proactive approach to HR initiatives and a commitment to achieving business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work with the leadership team to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for professional applications, such as data analysis (e.g., sentiment analysis), content generation, and personalizing employee communications.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones for global meetings and events as needed.
