Responsibilities – HR Manager

Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practice.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and talent issues.

Collaborate on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.

Oversee effective onboarding and partner on UK recruitment activities.

Support the implementation of engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.

About You – HR Manager

5+ years’ experience in an HR Manager or senior HR advisory role.

Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR operations.

Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to advise at all levels.

Comfortable with data, systems, and delivering measurable HR outcomes.

CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is a plus.
