Job Description: Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions? We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Manager to join our Global Business Analytics team.

The Position:
As a Senior Manager in the Global Business Analytics team, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to Brand Leadership Team for the speciality care and rare diseases portfolio.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in analytics, forecasting, and commercial insights, along with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions in a complex matrix environment.
Speciality Care and Rare Diseases Expertise:
Experience managing insights and analytics broadly in speciality care and rare diseases area with preference for expertise in immunology (e.g., Rheumatology, Gastroenterology)
Partnering and Advisory:
Well versed in engaging and influencing stakeholders in matrix environment by leveraging data-driven insights and effective communication of narrative.
Integrated Insights:
Leverage primary and secondary market research, competitive intelligence, and data platforms (e.g., IQVIA) to generate brand insights and support projects such as brand plans, performance reporting and forecasts.
Forecasting:
Build robust forecast models (patient and demand) to support preparation of annual and long-range plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to gain alignment and buy-in for financial submissions.
Data Management:
Ensure acquisition, transformation and management of data sources needed to generate insights. Evaluate data sources and methodologies and communicate nuances, gaps and challenges with sources.
Demonstrated ability to prepare, deploy and maintain reporting dashboards to enhance data accessibility and timely performance reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related discipline (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)
7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, with a focus on commercial analytics, forecasting, or market insights
Deep knowledge of immunology and autoimmune conditions (e.g., RA, UC)
Experience advising senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency in business analytics, forecasting tools, and data platforms (e.g., IQVIA, claims data, epidemiological sources)
Demonstrated success working in matrixed, global organizations
Expertise in primary and secondary market research, competitive intelligence, and forecasting methodologies
