Job Purpose

As the Senior Manager, Business Insights and Analytics, you will provide critical insights to our Executive Leadership Team and Global/Country marketing teams. Your role will involve analyzing performance and trends across focus brands, interpreting launch KPI trends, and driving key brand strategies.

Skills And Experience

We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in business analysis within the pharmaceutical industry. You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and be adept at working with large datasets. Confident data modeling skills are essential, as is the ability to integrate data from multiple sources and conduct deep data dives. Experience in market research and insight generation, along with the ability to synthesize and triangulate results to create compelling, fact-based business stories. You should be proficient in manipulating IQVIA data, and commissioning market research to uncover growth-driving insights. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities

Market Sizing and Competitor Analysis:Utilize data and market research to provide market sizing, competitor analysis, and forecasting. Develop market and customer understanding, and assess threats and opportunities for portfolio products. Analyze market shifts to foresee challenges and scenarios.

Brand Performance and Situational Analysis:Build and deliver market research plans for selected brands. Collaborate with country therapy specialists to consolidate and share insights. Support brand planning and strategy development, and act as a consultant on data analysis and performance. Provide data analysis for HCP targeting and segmentation, and support sales force execution.

Forecasting:Build robust forecast models and ensure correct modeling assumptions. Utilize analogues for launch projections and conduct scenario planning.

KPI/Launch Tracking:Create and manage KPI and metrics platforms for key brands. Monitor monthly KPI tracking, salesforce call patterns, and digital launch metrics. Communicate variances vs. targets for faster decision-making.

Brand Data Ownership:Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our data. Build and maintain a database for patient flow, market segmentation, and future entrants. Facilitate data literacy throughout the business and maintain competitor information.
