Point.1 is our new proprietary data product giving unparalleled insight into healthcare professionals around the world. A rich source of data providing a comprehensive view of healthcare professionals through a range of demographic, behavioural, psychographic and media footprint variables.


Summary of Our Role


We’re looking for a dynamic Account Director (Data & Analytics) to join Point.1. This role blends strategic data leadership with client-facing account direction. You’ll report to the Data Director and work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver insight-led campaigns, manage key accounts, and drive business growth. You’ll also contribute to pitches, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.


What You Can Expect to Be Doing:


  • Develop deep expertise in our Point.1 data set and apply it to solve client challenges.
  • Lead client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
  • Analyse data to uncover insights that inform creative and strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and on brief.
  • Present insights and campaign strategies with confidence and clarity.
  • Take commercial ownership of your accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support pitch activity.
  • Support the development of your wider team.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
