Senior Product Manager / Marketing Manager – Respiratory Solutions


Join a world leader in the design and manufacture of drug delivery solutions and innovative respiratory therapy products. This role offers the chance to work with premium products that have clear clinical value propositions, within a globally respected medical device company.


Location: Remote (UK-based) with good access to motorways and willingness to travel.

Salary: Up to £65k base, plus bonus and comprehensive corporate benefits package.


Role Overview:

The Senior Product Manager / Marketing Manager for Respiratory Solutions will spearhead local market activities in the UK, promoting a range of premium medical devices within the respiratory sector. The role involves engaging with a diverse audience of clinical professionals, payers, and procurement teams across the ICB/CCG and hospital sectors. This is a multifaceted marketing role encompassing:


- Data Analysis

- Strategy and Conception

- Implementation and Execution

- Ongoing Project Management

- Post-Rollout Review


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap.

- Drive the lifecycle of products from inception to end-of-life, including detailed launch plans.

- Attend and participate in industry congresses and events.

- Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather market insights and trends.

- Produce blog articles, White Papers, and Sales & Marketing updates.

- Plan sales promotions and identify opportunities for social media and website campaigns.

- Derive insights from business trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development.


Essential Skills and Experience:


- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.

- Strong background in marketing products or drugs that treat long-term, complex conditions.

- Expertise in developing effective marketing strategies based on quality rather than price.

- Excellent skills in KOL and advocate development.

- Creative and capable of full product ownership, working seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

- Passionate, committed, and hands-on with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
