Location:Bromborough, Wirral

Salary:£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + benefits

Contract:Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic builderto join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.


Role Summary:

As a General Builder, you will play a key role in supporting various projects across several industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for Builders to gain valuable experience and develop skills in projects which may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and complete all day-to-day construction requirements to support a project on industrial sites
  • Provide support to project team
  • DIY & general building maintenance for example, tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, basic electrical works.
  • Carry out construction tasks in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards.
  • Provide thorough daily updates regarding progression of construction tasks


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • An ability to use initiative to achieve pro-active site construction/maintenance.
  • General maintenance skills - painting, decorating, joinery and basic plumbing/electrical
  • Good communication skills as this will be a client facing role.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS qualification required.
