Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Validation & Master data representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. 

Salary:
£23.88 per day or £30.91 per hour  

Customer Validation & Master data role:

Customer account set-up and data maintenance in SAP
Resolve both internal and external queries about customers' account master data
Resolve system issues through monitoring of account data between client and customer
Keeping an eye to continuous improvement, becoming subject matter expert on system process
Managing team mailbox, filing and records managementYour Background:

Secondary education level, including GCSE or equivalent in maths and English.
Customer service experience in handling challenging customer queries and complaints via telephone.
Preferred business to business experience.
Good level of general IT skills, including MS Office. Experience of working with SAP preferred.
Ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
Ability to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
Ability to analyse data.Company:
