Document Controller - LondonTo £55,000 DOE + PackageWe are partnered with a leading contractor involved in key sectors including Civil Infrastructure, Transport, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial, Fit Out, Data Centre, and Pharmaceutical. Due to continued growth, the organisation is in need of an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller with a strong background in Procore. As a Document Controller, you will be managing and maintaining the flow of project documentation ensuring that all project documentation is accurate , up-to-date, and efficiently distributed to relevant stakeholders, supporting smooth project execution and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Manage the flow of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures .Aid in the maintenance of management systems, updating and maintaining office policies, procedures and drawing registers for projects .Establish and maintain document control processes and systems to track project documents throughout their lifecycle.Coordinate document review, approval, and distribution processes, liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders, as necessary.Organi s e and maintain project files and records, both electronically and in hard copy, in a systematic and accessible manner.Prepare regular reports and updates on document status, distribution, and revisions to project stakeholders .Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality protocols in handling sensitive project information.Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry, with focus on technology, data centre , and utility projects.Proficiency in using software and tools essential to the role such as Procore, Aconex, ASITE, 4 Projects and other software relevant to the role.Excellent organisational , communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Prominent level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and reviewing documents.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and external stakeholders .The ideal candidate is eligible to work in the UK with no visa restrictions.
