An exciting and dynamic role awaits as a QA Lead within a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Nottinghamshire area. As the QA Lead, you will be representing the interests of Quality Assurance Team and acting as the Quality Assurance lead on site. This role offers the chance to work with quality systems, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice and promoting continuous improvement and consistency across the business.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Your duties as the QA Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:


1. Supervise Quality Assurance Officers, Document Controller, and Admin and Quality Support Officer, managing absence, sickness, and overtime.

2. Support the eQMS and/or LIMS system.

3. Participate in site projects as the QA expert and work with operational and project teams to develop and introduce new products.

4. Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and perform internal and external audits as required.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the QA Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a scientific discipline.

2. Extensive industry experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within Pharmaceuticals, experience with an eQMS as well as QPulse would be desirable.

3. Proven managerial or supervisory experience with a strong track record of performance.
