Position:Customer Service Representative (Nordics)

Location:Hybrid in Basingstoke- 3 days in the office


The Role

This position plays a key role in enhancing relationships and experiences with external healthcare providers (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) by supporting the delivery of compliant and effective meeting programs in line with local pharmaceutical regulations.

The Northern European (NE) Hub—which includes the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark—is experiencing significant growth due to new product launches. As a result, this role has been created to support the Enterprise Meeting Services (EMS) team across the Nordic countries.


This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding service and support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Fluent in either Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for meeting owners and managers across the Nordic countries.
  • Provide administrative support for both sales and non-sales meetings, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the EMS team professionally.
  • Become proficient in the NE Hub’s meeting processes and systems; coach meeting owners on compliant meeting entry.
  • Collaborate with the contracting team to manage service provider agreements and payment processes.
  • Develop expertise in global/local policies and local pharmaceutical codes of practice related to meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong internal partnerships across various functions.
  • Track and report meeting volumes and error data to sales leadership.
  • Respond to audit, quality, and compliance inquiries.
  • Offer guidance, coaching, and support to the business on meeting-related matters.
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and simplification initiatives.
