We are a well-established Wigan-based manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated team of 7. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business where no two days are the same, and your leadership will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational success.

The Role

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 customer service representatives.
Oversee day-to-day customer service operations within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Develop and implement processes to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts.
Work closely with production, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless customer communication and satisfaction.What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager role within a manufacturing or industrial setting - this is essential.
A confident leader with the ability to inspire and manage performance.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
