Proclinical is seeking a Customer Account Manager focused on enhancing customer experiences and advocating for patient needs. This role involves building long-term commercial relationships and aligning customer goals with product and service offerings during significant changes in the healthcare industry. You will be the primary contact for your assigned customer base, ensuring superior clinical and health-economic outcomes and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain deep, meaningful commercial relationships with customers.

- Connect customer strategic goals with product and service offerings.

- Co-create service delivery plans and manage cross-functional team interventions.

- Develop a deep understanding of customer engagement and product platforms.

- Oversee customer experience throughout the lifecycle in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements:
